 ✨Full Moon in Aquarius 26 degrees🌙
When I was about 5, I partook in my very first dance recital. The other little girls and myself had trained for what seemed like an eternity, in reality probably only a few weeks. The big day arrived. Everyone paced backstage and parents fussed and straightened our matching leotards. The music began and we were ushered onstage... All the other girls launched effortlessly into the routine. But me? Blinded by the stage lights I completely froze. I couldn't remember one iota of the dance. Nada. My little mind started to race, as well as my heart. Panic began to rise from my feet up. Holy guacamole...What to do??? And then something happened... I closed my eyes and concentrated on the music. I let my body move the way it wanted to. I leapt, twirled and stomped my way through the recital. I have no idea what it looked like but it sure as hell felt great. I did my thing with pure joy. Afterwards the other girls got mighty stroppy and looked at me like I had two heads. Whatevs. I'd had a ball. People always get jumpy when you deviate from the plan. My cat thinks he's a lion. He stalks his prey, eyes fixated on the target, bum wiggling, pouncing when it least expects it.
